To enjoy your spa experience to the fullest potential, please familiarize yourself with the Spa Guidelines.

AT TIME OF RESERVATION

Please inform the Reservation Agent of the following:

  • Allergies or medical conditions including pregnancy
  • If you have a gender preference for your Service Provider
  • If you have a request for a specific Service Provider
  • If you are celebrating any special occasions

You must provide a valid credit card number with expiration date at time of booking. Appointment without a valid credit cards will be cancelled.

ARRIVAL TIME

Kindly arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment to ensure you receive the full benefit and enjoyment of your session. Arriving late will shorten your treatment time, reducing its effectiveness. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and the cancellation fee will apply. Please note that your session will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next guest, and the full treatment cost will be charged.

WHILE VISITING THE SPA

Please leave your valuables in your car or at home, as we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

USE OF ELECTRONIC DEVICES

To protect the privacy of our clients and to preserve their experiences, use of cell phones, electronic devices and cameras are prohibited in the common areas at the spa. Cell phones and electronic devices are required to be in silence mode.

AGE REQUIREMENTS

Treatments and services cannot be performed on anyone under the age of 18 years alone, a parent or guardian must be present for the entire service or treatment.

TREATMENT RECOMMENDATION

Shaving is not recommended before body treatments or hair removal services, except for laser hair removal. For laser treatments, please shave 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. While shaving is recommended for men before a facial, it is not required.

Your spa experience is your personal time to relax and enjoy. If you experience any discomfort related to room temperature, massage pressure, music volume, or any other condition, please inform your therapist immediately.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE

Clients are prohibited from bringing any outside food or alcohol into the spa. A client appearing intoxicated will be denied access to the spa.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards and cash.

SERVICE CHARGE & GOVERNMENT TAXES

A 8% value added tax.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify the spa at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of your appointment to avoid being charge the full-service fee. “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a $50 cancellation fee, with no exceptions.

For packages or private parties, a minimum of one week’s notice is required for cancellations.
